Order Cancellation
Orders are eligible for cancellation within 60 minutes of placement only. This limited window is required because orders are quickly transferred into processing queues involving verification, inventory allocation, and packaging preparation.

Once the 60-minute processing period has elapsed, the order is considered locked for fulfillment and can no longer be cancelled.
Returns & Issue Resolution
In alignment with standard international practices for dietary supplements and nutraceutical products, returns are not accepted after delivery due to product safety, hygiene control, and storage sensitivity.
However, Canvits will fully assist you if your order involves:
- Transit damage or compromised packaging
- Incorrect product dispatch
- Missing or incomplete shipment
In such cases, please reach out promptly through our support channels. Each case is reviewed under a quality assurance verification process, and appropriate resolution (replacement or corrective action) is provided where applicable.
